True Sioux Hope Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by American Indian, Twila True. Having spent her formative years on Reservations, Mrs. True knows firsthand the courage that it takes to become a strong, independent, modern American Indian.
True Sioux Hope is born from the belief that with a little help, the strength and spirit of the great Sioux nation can thrive once again with pride and confidence. By honoring and releasing the pain of the past, we can go on to create new opportunities for a brighter future. True Sioux Hope plans to inspire unprecedented, permanent, positive change for the Sioux Tribe in South Dakota by providing much-needed funding for education and infrastructure.
As a fundraising vehicle, True Sioux Hope Foundation provides grants and funding to highly vetted, established organizations well equipped to deliver the life-saving resources needed for the Sioux nation to not only survive, but thrive. www.truesiouxhope.org
