No more than TWO pets are allowed per home.

All pets must be disclosed on the rental application. Pets obtained after move-in must be disclosed to TrueLane Management immediately.

A one-time, non-refundable, $200.00 pet fee and a monthly, $50.00 pet rent charge will be assessed per approved pet.

Livestock, poisonous, venomous, and exotic animals are not allowed.

Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiffs, Pit Bull Terriers, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-hybrids, mixes containing any of the above, and certain other breeds are not allowed. Service animals and assistance animals are not considered pets. Upon proper disclosure (and verification by TrueLane Management) such animals will be accommodated without further conditions.
