A negative rental history may result in an application being denied or conditionally approved subject to an increased security deposit. Negative rental history items include, but are not limited to:- Evictions
- Late rent payments
- Returned rent payments
- Current outstanding debt to a previous landlord
- Past outstanding debt to a previous landlord
In cases where an applicant has no rental history or TrueLane Management is unable to verify applicant's stated rental history, an application, at TrueLane Management's sole discretion, may be denied or the application may be conditionally approved subject to an increased security deposit where permitted by law.
